2023: Our review of the year
2023 was literally a rollercoaster ride for us. A few months ago, we were looking forward to the first deliveries of the KittyFlap with great anticipation. An affair of the heart for us. And only days later, we were suddenly faced with what we thought was the end due to a major fire. Once the shock had subsided, we realized that we would not be discouraged and would rebuild everything. For our loyal customers. For you.
Our insurance companies and investors continue to support us and we have now arranged everything to the extent that we will soon be able to start production again. In any case, delays in delivery are only to be expected for customers who ordered before December.
Next year, our KittyFlap will finally find its way into households, where it will delight you, your cat(s) and all other customers.
Are you one of the pre-order customers facing a possible delivery delay due to the fire? Then we have some important information for you: During the Christmas period and until the beginning of next year, we will pause our weekly updates. But don’t worry, all processes are still running at full speed. In January, we will again provide you with the latest information on your order and share new milestones with you. New Year’s Eve – give your cat a quiet start to the year
And then the turn of the year is already approaching. We humans like to “let it rip” at the turn of the year. But please remember that fireworks can stress your cat. Therefore, ensure a quiet environment during the New Year’s Eve celebrations to protect your beloved furry friend from loud noises and firecrackers.
