Fluffie, you can’t come in here!
Our latest video shows our cat Fluffie trying to get into the house with a present in her mouth. Thanks to the KittyFlap®, however, the mouse (and Fluffie) stays outside! Look at our brave cat getting angry because she can’t get in. A fun and exciting moment that you shouldn’t miss!
Customer feedback implemented live in the app
Thank you very much for all the great feedback from our first customers about the
app
. We have taken your feedback on board and added the following functions to the
app
improved:
Passive and stress-free registration of your cat: Passive registration allows your cat to “chill” and walk through the KittyFlap® several times throughout the day. During this time, the KittyFlap® collects all scanned RFIDs in the
app
. Later you can select the correct ID of your cat from the list and it’s registered.
How do I switch on passive mode?
1. select the “All cats” and “Prey detection” mode
2. now the KittyFlap scans each chip and saves it for later
3. start the app with a time delay: add cat
3. select “Scanned RFID”
4. select chip
5. finished 😉
2. improvement of the range of the animal chip reading:
To ensure that the passive registration mode works properly, we have improved the range for reading the animal chip.
3. more pictures of your cat: We have responded to the wishes of many of our customers and expanded the picture gallery. Now you can add more pictures of your favorite in the
app
in the app.
