As you know, it is very important to us to provide you with transparent and up-to-date information. Today we are sharing the latest developments regarding the delivery of your KittyFlap with you. We know how much you are looking forward to the arrival and would like to

even if there are sometimes unexpected hurdles. We are on this journey together and appreciate your continued support and patience.

Transparency first: An update on the delivery times of your order

There is currently a small challenge that is unfortunately causing us to postpone the announced deliveries slightly. This delay is expected to affect all delivery announcements from WAVE 1-3.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to give you an exact date for the start of delivery. But we are working flat out to be able to give you concrete information as soon as possible, although it will probably be a matter of a few days to a few weeks.

Why the End of Line test of your KittyFlap needs more time

The crux of the matter lies in the end-of-line inspection (EOL inspection), which is designed to ensure that your KittyFlap meets all quality standards and that only perfect products leave our warehouse.

As we have already informed you, further optimizations have been made to the KittyFlap in the meantime. It is precisely these improvements that now present us with unplanned hurdles that we have to integrate into the EOL audit software.

However, the robot test is essential to ensure that every appliance meets our high quality standards. It is important to us that every KittyFlap we send is in perfect condition, that you can use it without any restrictions and that your experience with our cat flap is a smooth one. <--

We are already working with all our resources to find a solution to the problem. It will only be a matter of days before we have integrated this into the robot.
