Thank you very much for your patience and the continuous trust you have placed in us during the challenging past weeks and months.

In our last updates, we reported on the challenges surrounding the end-of-line testing (EOL testing) of our KittyFlap and introduced you to exciting developments in our app.

We are pleased to inform you that the shipment of the KittyFlap has started successfully. In addition, we have introduced exciting new features to our KittyFlap that will make your experience even better.

For those whose parcels are already on their way, this means that they will soon be holding the result of our hard work in their hands and for those who are still waiting, we would like to assure you that your delivery will also be on its way soon.

All orders from June 2023 are either already in transit or are currently being prepared for dispatch.

Delivery mid-May to early June 2024


Anyone who ordered their KittyFlap between July and October 2023 can look forward to delivery in May or June.

Delivery June to early July 2024


Anyone who ordered their KittyFlap between November 2023 and April 2024 can look forward to delivery in June or July.

New exciting KittyFlap features

1st LED signal on chip detection:

Available in a few days via firmware update - Until now, there was no feedback when an RFID animal chip was read by the flap. Let's change that! The LED on the outside of the cat flap will soon light up as soon as a chip has been successfully read.

2. pictures of unregistered cats during prey detection: Available in 1-2 weeks via app update - You will now also receive a picture in the app when prey is detected, even if the cat is not yet registered. This allows you to be informed about all activities.

3. new recognition model:

We are continuously improving the intelligence of our KittyFlap. A new detection model is currently being calculated and will be installed on your KittyFlap within the next five days.

The best part: All KittyFlap updates (firmware updates) are automatically transferred to your KittyFlap when you have an active internet connection - you don't have to do anything here.
